# About Luke Vear

I’m Luke, the founding CTO at [YQueue](https://www.yqueue.co/). We build ordering and payment solutions for food, beverage and retail businesses across Australia and Southeast Asia.

I lead engineering and set technical direction for a platform that processes millions of orders a year. You can read more about my day-to-day on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/luke-vear/).

Outside work, I’m a recreational pilot, flying the Sling 2 and Cessna 172. I like taking friends for scenic flights around South East Queensland.
